Body Contouring
What is body contouring?
Body contouring is a set of non-surgical treatments that reshape specific areas of your body by targeting stubborn fat, loose skin, cellulite, and muscle definition. It’s about shape rather than the number on the scale, which is why it works on areas that resist diet and exercise.
Is body contouring the same as weight loss?
No, and the distinction matters. Weight loss shrinks fat cells throughout your body, and you can’t choose where it comes from. Body contouring targets areas you select. It works best when you’re already at or near your goal weight and want to refine what’s left.
How is non-invasive body contouring different from liposuction?
Liposuction is a surgical procedure that physically removes fat through incisions, under anesthesia, with weeks of recovery and a higher risk profile. Non-invasive body contouring works from outside the body using energy-based technology, so there are no incisions and no recovery time. The trade-off is that results build gradually over weeks rather than appearing at once, and the change is more refinement than dramatic reshaping.
Do I need to be at my goal weight before I start?
Not exactly at it, but close to it is ideal. These treatments are designed to refine specific areas rather than reduce overall body weight, so results are most visible and most stable when your weight is already settled. If you’re planning significant weight loss, we’d usually suggest doing that first and then treating whatever remains. We’ll give you a straight answer about timing at your consultation.
Can I combine body contouring treatments?
Yes, and combining them often works better than any single treatment alone. Reducing fat before tightening skin, or pairing muscle toning with fat reduction, are both common approaches. Your specialist will sequence them appropriately as part of your plan.
Facial Aesthetics
What facial treatments do you offer?
Four: a non-invasive facelift, facial skin tightening, cryo facials, and double chin reduction. All of them work without needles, injectables, or surgery.
Do any of your facial treatments involve needles or injectables?
No. We don’t offer injectables of any kind. Every facial treatment we provide works externally using energy-based or temperature-based technology.
Which facial treatment is right for me?
As a rough guide: a cryo facial for dullness, puffiness, congestion, or enlarged pores; facial skin tightening for fine lines and loss of firmness in specific areas; a non-invasive facelift for overall sagging across the face; and double chin reduction to contract and firm the skin under the chin for a more defined jawline. Our Treatment Match Quiz will point you in the right direction, and your consultation confirms it.
Can I wear makeup afterward, and is there anything I should avoid?
You can apply makeup and return to your normal routine right away. There’s no peeling and no recovery period. We’d suggest keeping the treated area clean and well moisturized, and using sun protection, since collagen-stimulating treatments leave skin working hard for a few weeks afterward. Your specialist will flag anything specific to your treatment.
What age should I start facial aesthetic treatments?
There’s no set age. Most clients start when they first notice something changing: early fine lines, softening around the jawline, skin that doesn’t bounce back the way it used to. For many people, that lands somewhere in their thirties. Starting earlier tends to mean maintaining what you have rather than trying to reverse more advanced change, which is generally the easier job. Cryo facials, by contrast, suit any age since they’re about brightness and congestion rather than aging.
Fat Reduction (ICONIC SLIM)
What is ICONIC SLIM and how does it work?
ICONIC SLIM is our non-invasive fat reduction treatment, and it works through thermal shock: a precisely controlled alternation of warm and cold temperatures applied directly to the skin. The warm phase increases blood flow and makes the fat cells metabolically active. The cold phase then drops them below their crystallization threshold, which triggers programmed cell death in the fat cells while leaving skin, nerves, and connective tissue unaffected. Your body then breaks those cells down and clears them naturally over the following weeks. Most devices deliver either heat or cold in isolation, and it’s the combination of both that makes the difference.
Is fat reduction safe?
Yes. The treatment is non-invasive, gas-free, requires no anesthesia, and is delivered by trained specialists. Nothing enters the body and there are no incisions. Fat cells are uniquely vulnerable to cold at temperatures that cause no damage to the skin above them or the structures around them. We screen every client’s health history before their first session to confirm the treatment is appropriate for you.
Is fat reduction a weight loss treatment?
No, and we’re upfront about this. It’s a tool for refining and sculpting shape, not for reducing overall body weight. If significant weight loss is your main goal, fat reduction isn’t the right starting point. We’d rather tell you that at consultation than sell you sessions that won’t give you what you’re after.
How long does each session take, and how soon will I see results?
Sessions run 30 to 45 minutes depending on the size of the area. The results build in stages: your body begins clearing the treated fat cells within the first few days, most clients notice visible change from around three to six weeks, and the final result settles at roughly eight to twelve weeks as the clearance process completes. This is a gradual treatment by design, and the timeline is set by your biology rather than by how many sessions you book.
How should I prepare for a fat reduction session?
There’s more to this than most clients expect, and it genuinely changes your result. Avoid carbohydrates and sugar for the 24 hours beforehand, eat a protein-based meal a couple of hours before rather than arriving hungry, and increase your water intake in the days leading up. Arrive with clean, dry skin free of makeup, lotions, and oils, and exfoliate the area the day before. Some medications and supplements need pausing in advance, so tell us everything you take at consultation. You’ll get a full written checklist when you book, and following it closely is the single biggest thing within your control.
Muscle Toning (ICONIC TONE)
What is ICONIC TONE, and what technology does it use?
ICONIC TONE combines two technologies in a single session: High-Intensity Electromagnetic Muscle Training, known as HI-EMT, and bipolar radiofrequency. The HI-EMT builds and tones muscle. The radiofrequency simultaneously heats the fat layer beneath the skin, which both reduces fat and stimulates collagen for skin tightening. Treating muscle, fat, and skin at once is what makes it a comprehensive contouring treatment rather than a single-purpose one.
How does HI-EMT compare to a normal workout?
HI-EMT uses a focused electromagnetic field to induce supramaximal muscle contractions, which are far more intense and rapid than anything you can achieve voluntarily, because they bypass the natural limits that stop you pushing that hard in the gym. A single 30-minute session produces approximately 20,000 contractions in the target muscle group while you lie still.
Is ICONIC TONE a replacement for the gym?
No. It’s a powerful tool for definition in specific areas, but it does nothing for cardiovascular fitness, overall strength, or the health benefits that come with being active. It works best alongside an active lifestyle rather than instead of one, and it’s most effective for clients who are already reasonably fit and want definition they can’t get from training alone.
How long does a session take, and how many will I need?
Each session is 30 minutes per area treated. An initial course is typically four to six sessions per area, spaced seven to ten days apart. That interval isn’t arbitrary: your muscle needs that time to repair and adapt between sessions, which is where the results are actually built. After your initial course, a maintenance session every three to six months preserves what you’ve gained, since muscle mass naturally declines with age and inactivity.
Is there anyone ICONIC TONE isn’t suitable for?
Yes, and the list is specific because the treatment uses a strong electromagnetic field. It rules out anyone with metal or electronic implants in or near the treatment area, including pacemakers, defibrillators, cochlear implants, and metal IUDs. It also isn’t appropriate during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for clients with significant cardiac conditions, epilepsy or seizure disorders, an untreated hernia in or near the area, recent surgery in the area, or active skin conditions in the area. Tell us your full health history at consultation, including any implants and where they are, and we’ll either confirm you’re a good candidate or tell you honestly that this treatment isn’t right for you.
Skin Tightening (Body)
How does skin tightening work?
Both of our approaches work by stimulating your body’s own collagen rather than by removing anything. Radiofrequency gently heats the deeper layers of the skin, which triggers fibroblast activity and the production of new collagen and elastin. Thermal cycling, alternating warm and cold, creates a similar response through a different route: the oscillation expands the capillaries dramatically, increases nutrient delivery, and initiates a controlled healing cascade that produces denser, better-organized collagen than the aged collagen it replaces. Which approach suits you depends on the area and your skin, and your specialist will select it at consultation.
Can skin tightening help with loose skin after weight loss?
Yes, and we have a program built specifically for it. Losing weight rapidly, or losing it after bariatric surgery, often leaves skin that hasn’t retracted on its own, particularly on the abdomen and arms. This is one of the most common reasons clients come to us, and it’s addressed by a dedicated protocol rather than a generic setting.
How long does a session take, and how many will I need?
Sessions run 30 to 60 minutes depending on the area. A typical course is five to ten sessions spaced seven to ten days apart, because collagen remodeling needs sustained, repeated stimulation to build momentum. Spacing sessions too far apart lets that response dissipate between visits, which is the most common reason clients don’t see what they hoped for. After your course, maintenance every two to three weeks sustains the effect.
Does skin tightening work on all skin tones?
Yes. Both radiofrequency and thermal cycling work by heating or cooling tissue rather than by targeting pigment, which makes them suitable across the full range of skin tones without the pigmentation risks associated with some light-based treatments.
Are there limits to what skin tightening can achieve?
Yes, and it’s worth knowing before you book. These treatments work well on mild to moderate laxity, and we have a dedicated protocol for sagging and hanging skin that performs best where there’s direct access to the underlying muscle. But if you have significant excess skin, a non-surgical treatment can improve firmness and texture without removing that skin the way surgery would. We’ll tell you at consultation if we think you’d be disappointed by the result, rather than take your money.
Cellulite Reduction (ICONIC SMOOTH)
What is ICONIC SMOOTH and how does it work?
ICONIC SMOOTH uses Compressive Micro-Vibration, delivered through a roller handpiece made up of 55 rotating silicone spheres. The handpiece generates low-frequency mechanical vibrations that transmit deep into the tissue through a rhythmic, compressive action. Unlike treatments that rely on suction, heat, or radiofrequency, it works through pressure and vibration together, creating a pulsating compression that acts as a form of vascular gymnastics. That stimulates lymphatic drainage and microcirculation while remodeling the connective tissue responsible for dimpling. Most clients describe it as a vigorous but pleasant deep-tissue massage.
What actually causes cellulite?
Several things at once, which is why it’s stubborn. Fibrous bands of connective tissue tether the skin downward while fat lobules push upward between them, creating the dimpled surface. Underneath that, poor microcirculation starves the tissue of oxygen and lymphatic stagnation allows fluid and waste to accumulate, both of which make the appearance worse. Because it’s a structural issue in the layer beneath your skin rather than a surface one, it affects women across every body type and fitness level regardless of weight.
Which areas can you treat for cellulite?
More than most clients expect. The full range covers the legs, including front, back, inner and outer thighs, plus the buttocks, abdomen and obliques, arms, back, and the face and neck. If you have a specific area in mind, raise it at consultation.
How long does a session take, and how many will I need?
A body session runs 45 to 60 minutes, and a facial treatment around 30 minutes. An initial course is typically 12 sessions performed twice per week, with at least 48 hours between them. That frequency matters more here than with our other treatments: the effect on the lymphatic system and connective tissue is cumulative, and spacing sessions too far apart measurably reduces your results. After the initial course, maintenance of one to two sessions per month preserves them.
Does cellulite reduction work for everyone?
Results vary more with cellulite than with our other treatments, because how much dimpling you have and how your connective tissue is structured are partly genetic and partly hormonal. Most clients see meaningful smoothing across a full course, but the degree differs person to person. Cellulite is also a chronic condition rather than a one-time problem, so maintenance is part of holding your result rather than an upsell. We’ll give you a realistic picture for your specific case at consultation.
Non-Invasive Facelift (ICONIC SLENDER)
What is a non-invasive facelift and how does it work?
It’s a treatment that lifts and firms the face without surgery, targeting sagging skin, loss of elasticity, and fine lines. Ours is called ICONIC SLENDER. We combine radiofrequency, ultrasound, and EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) to stimulate collagen production and tone the underlying facial muscles, which together lift and firm the skin from beneath.
How is this different from a surgical facelift?
A surgical facelift physically removes and repositions tissue, producing dramatic change but requiring anesthesia, incisions, and weeks of recovery. Ours stimulates your own collagen and muscle tone for a gradual, natural-looking lift with no recovery time. The results are more subtle, and they build over weeks rather than appearing at once.
How long does a session take?
Between 30 and 60 minutes, with no downtime afterward, so it fits comfortably into a working day.
When will I see results, and how long do they last?
Results develop progressively over several weeks as collagen rebuilds and the facial muscles tone. They’re long-lasting rather than permanent, because collagen naturally declines with age. Most clients book periodic maintenance sessions to hold what they’ve gained.
Is a non-invasive facelift right for me if my sagging is more advanced?
It depends on how advanced it is. This treatment is at its best on early to moderate sagging and loss of definition. If you have significant descent or excess skin, a non-surgical approach can soften and refresh the area but won’t reproduce what surgery achieves. We’ll be honest with you at consultation about which category you fall into.
Facial Skin Tightening (ICONIC SLENDER)
What is facial skin tightening and how does it work?
It’s a non-invasive treatment that firms facial skin by stimulating collagen production and improving elasticity. Using radiofrequency, ultrasound, or EMS, we deliver energy into the deeper layers of the skin, which encourages natural collagen and elastin production. The delivery is gentle and precise, which matters in the more delicate areas of the face.
How is this different from your non-invasive facelift?
They share the same underlying technology, and both sit under ICONIC SLENDER, but they differ in scope. Facial skin tightening is targeted work on specific areas where firmness has gone: the jawline, nasolabial folds, under the eyes. The non-invasive facelift is a broader treatment aimed at overall lift and contour across the whole face, including muscle toning. If you’re bothered by one or two specific areas, start with tightening; if it’s a general loss of definition, the facelift is the better fit.
Which facial areas can be treated?
The jawline, cheeks, forehead, nasolabial folds, and the area under the eyes. We also have dedicated programs for the neck and décolleté, covering neck wrinkles, crepey skin, loose hanging skin, and tone and texture across the chest.
How long does a session take, and how many will I need?
Sessions run 30 to 60 minutes depending on the area and technique. A series produces the most noticeable and lasting change, and we’ll recommend a number based on what we see at consultation.
How long do results last, and will I need maintenance?
Results are long-lasting but not permanent, because collagen production naturally slows with age. Most clients move onto occasional maintenance sessions once they’ve completed their initial series, which holds the improvement rather than starting over.
Cryo Facials (ICONIC GLOW)
What is a cryo facial and how does it work?
A cryo facial, sometimes called a cryotherapy facial, uses cold to refresh and firm the skin. Ours is ICONIC GLOW. We apply a controlled stream of cold air across your face and neck, which stimulates blood flow, reduces inflammation, contracts the skin, activates collagen production, and improves lymphatic drainage.
What does a cryo facial feel like?
Cold, but comfortably so. Most clients describe it as refreshing and energizing rather than uncomfortable. It’s a stream of cold air rather than anything touching or pressing on the skin, and the sensation is easy to tolerate for the full session.
How long does a cryo facial take?
About 20 to 30 minutes, which makes it our quickest treatment and an easy one to fit into a lunch break.
Will I see results immediately?
Yes. This is one of the few treatments with a genuinely immediate visible effect. You’ll leave with brighter, tighter, more refreshed skin, and the collagen benefits continue to build with repeated sessions.
Is a cryo facial good before an event?
Yes, it’s one of our most popular pre-event bookings, precisely because the glow is immediate and there’s no risk of redness or peeling on the day. A day or two beforehand works well.
Double Chin Reduction
How does your double chin treatment work?
It uses thermal shock, alternating warm and cold temperatures, to contract and firm the skin beneath the chin for a more clearly defined under-chin appearance. The temperature contrast stimulates circulation and triggers collagen production, which tightens the skin along the jawline and improves its texture and tone. It’s important to be clear about what this treatment is: it’s a skin contraction and tightening treatment, not a fat reduction treatment.
Is the treatment safe?
Yes. It’s entirely non-invasive, uses controlled temperature rather than needles, injections, or incisions, and is delivered by trained specialists. The thermal contrast is precisely targeted, and the under-chin area is treated with settings calibrated for that specific region.
Is double chin reduction right for me?
It’s the right treatment if your concern is skin under the chin that has lost firmness, a jawline that has softened, or a lack of definition that comes from loose rather than heavy tissue. If what’s bothering you is genuinely fatty tissue under the chin rather than lax skin, this particular treatment isn’t the one that addresses it, and we’d talk you through the alternatives instead. Distinguishing between the two is one of the specific things your consultation is for, because they look similar in the mirror and respond to completely different treatments. We also have a combination program for clients who have both loose skin and a double chin.
How long does a session take, and how many will I need?
Around 20 minutes per side. Sessions are spaced seven to ten days apart, and most clients complete a course of several sessions before seeing their full result. Because this treatment works by stimulating collagen, maintenance of roughly two to three sessions per month sustains the result once you’ve reached it.
When will I see results, and are they lasting?
Most clients notice firming after a few sessions, with continued improvement over the following weeks as new collagen forms. Results are long-lasting rather than permanent: collagen naturally declines with age, so the tightening effect softens gradually over time, which is why maintenance sessions are part of the plan rather than an afterthought.
Preparing for Your Treatment
Does preparation really affect my results?
More than almost anything else within your control. Clients who follow their pre-treatment instructions consistently achieve better results than those who don’t, and the difference is large enough that we go through the instructions with you rather than just handing you a sheet. The main areas are hydration, what you eat beforehand, what you have on your skin, and what medications or supplements you’re taking.
Why do I need to avoid carbohydrates and sugar before my session?
Because of what insulin does. When you eat carbohydrates, your body releases insulin, and insulin actively inhibits the breakdown of fat while signaling your body to store it instead. Fat reduction works by triggering your body to break down and clear fat cells, so arriving with elevated insulin puts your metabolism directly at odds with the treatment. High carbohydrate intake also causes fluid retention, which adds load to the lymphatic system that has to clear the treated cells. Keeping carbohydrates low beforehand creates a fat-mobilizing state instead, and it measurably amplifies results.
How much water should I be drinking around my treatment?
More than you probably think, and starting earlier than you’d expect. Your lymphatic system carries treated fat cells and waste out of the body, and it works by moving fluid rather than pumping it, so it becomes sluggish when you’re even mildly dehydrated. We ask clients to increase intake for a few days before their first session and keep it elevated throughout the course and for several days after each session. Your specialist will give you a specific daily target.
Is there anything I should stop taking before treatment?
Possibly, and it’s better to raise this at consultation than on the day. Blood-thinning medications and anti-inflammatories affect how your tissue responds and need pausing in advance. Recent courses of certain medications mean rescheduling is the safer option. Tell us about everything you take, including supplements, and we’ll tell you what needs pausing and for how long. Never stop a prescribed medication without speaking to the doctor who prescribed it.
Do I need to remove jewelry or wear anything specific?
Yes, and for ICONIC TONE this matters more than clients expect. That treatment uses a strong electromagnetic field, which can heat metal, so all metal has to come off: jewelry, watches, belts, and clothing with metal components, including underwire bras. If you have metal implants or a metal IUD, those can’t simply be removed, so tell us at consultation. For every treatment, wear something loose and comfortable that gives easy access to the area, and remove any piercings in the treatment area.
Do facial treatments need different preparation?
Yes. Alongside arriving with clean, product-free skin, there are timing considerations specific to the face. Retinols and skin-lightening products need pausing for a week or so beforehand. If you’ve had injectables elsewhere, both Botox and fillers require a waiting period before energy-based facial treatment, and the two have different windows. If you’re prone to cold sores, we’d recommend pre-treating several days in advance. Mention any of these at consultation and we’ll schedule around them.
Aftercare and Getting the Best Result
What should I do straight after a fat reduction session?
Drink water immediately, and then get properly moving within the next few hours. What happens in the six hours after a fat reduction or cellulite session has a real effect on your outcome, because that’s when your lymphatic system starts clearing the treated cells. We also ask clients to apply a topical firming or fat-burn product to the area on the day and for a few days afterward. Your specialist will give you a specific aftercare plan, and it’s worth treating it as part of the treatment rather than as optional advice.
Why does exercise after treatment make a difference?
Because your lymphatic system has no pump of its own. Unlike your circulatory system, which has a heart driving it, lymph moves only through muscle contraction and body movement. Sweat-producing cardiovascular exercise after a fat reduction session physically pumps lymphatic fluid, which accelerates clearance of the treated cells and visibly improves what you see. Thirty minutes is the target, and skipping it doesn’t ruin your result but it does slow and reduce it. After skin tightening or a facial, moderate movement such as walking is sufficient.
Is there anything I should avoid after a session?
For the first day or so, keep carbohydrates, sugar, and alcohol low, for the same insulin reasons that apply beforehand. Alcohol also burdens the liver and kidneys that are doing the clearance work. Keep treated areas out of direct sun for a couple of days. And somewhat counterintuitively, we ask clients to avoid anti-inflammatory painkillers for a short window after certain treatments, because the mild inflammatory response is part of how your body clears the treated cells. Your specialist will confirm what applies to your treatment.
Should I eat anything specific after ICONIC TONE?
Yes, and this one is easy to get right. ICONIC TONE puts your muscles through an extremely intense workout, and muscle repairs and grows using protein. Eating 20 to 40 grams of high-quality protein within two hours of your session gives your body the raw material to do that, and that window is when muscle protein synthesis is most responsive. A protein shake or a meal built around lean protein both work. Clients who do this consistently see better definition than those who don’t.
Can I exercise normally after ICONIC TONE?
Light activity like walking is encouraged and helps with soreness. We’d ask you to skip intense workouts targeting the same muscle group for a day or two, so the muscle has time to repair and grow. That recovery period is when the results are actually built, so training through it works against you rather than adding to the effect. Some soreness in the days afterward is normal and expected.
What is lymphatic drainage, and do I need it?
Your lymphatic system is the network that clears waste, fluid, and cellular debris out of your tissues. Body contouring treatments deliberately create material for it to clear, which is why supporting it matters so much for results. That support can be as simple as walking and drinking water, or it can involve specific modalities such as a vibration plate, compression therapy, or massage. ICONIC SMOOTH is itself a powerful lymphatic treatment, which is why we often schedule it around other sessions. We’ll build the right level of support into your plan.
Safety and Suitability
Can I have treatments while pregnant or breastfeeding?
No. Pregnancy and breastfeeding rule out all of our body contouring treatments, and this isn’t a judgment call we make case by case. If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive, let us know and we’ll talk about timing for afterward rather than proceeding.
Can I have treatments if I have a pacemaker or metal implants?
Not ICONIC TONE. Because that treatment works through a focused electromagnetic field, pacemakers, defibrillators, cochlear implants, metal IUDs, and metal implants in the treatment area all rule it out, since the field can interfere with electronics and heat metal. Some of our other treatments may still be suitable depending on the device and where it is, so tell us exactly what you have and where at your consultation and we’ll work out your options.
Can I have treatments if I’ve had cancer?
This needs a real conversation rather than a yes or no. Active cancer, current treatment, and recent history all rule out our body contouring treatments, largely because they stimulate the lymphatic system. If you’re further out from treatment, we’d want to discuss it with you and would ask you to check with your oncologist or physician first. We’d rather turn away a booking than take a risk with your health.
Are there other conditions that would rule me out?
Yes, several, and which ones apply depends on the treatment. Across our treatments the list can include certain cardiac conditions, epilepsy and seizure disorders, blood clots or a history of them, significant varicose veins in the area, untreated hernias, kidney disease or dialysis, diabetes affecting sensation in the area, immunosuppressive medication, active skin infections or open wounds in the area, recent surgery in the area, and being unwell with a fever. This is why every client is screened before a first session. Bring your full health history to your consultation, including anything you assume is irrelevant, and we’ll tell you honestly what is and isn’t appropriate for you.
Your Treatment Plan
How many areas can you treat in one session?
Fewer than clients often want, and there’s a physiological reason. Every fat reduction session gives your lymphatic system a volume of material to clear, and treating too much at once overloads it, which slows elimination and can leave you uncomfortable. We generally treat one larger area plus one smaller one per session, and some pairings work better than others. Your specialist will sequence your areas across sessions so each one clears properly.
How far apart should my sessions be?
For most of our treatments, seven to ten days between sessions on the same area. This interval is set by biology rather than scheduling convenience: after a fat reduction session, breaking down and clearing the treated cells takes that long to complete, and treating again too soon simply overloads the system before the previous result has appeared. ICONIC SMOOTH is the exception and runs twice weekly, because it works by an entirely different mechanism.
Do you combine different treatments in a program?
Often, and the sequencing is deliberate. ICONIC TONE and ICONIC SLIM are frequently alternated across weeks, because one builds muscle while the other reduces fat, and together they remodel both layers. ICONIC SMOOTH is commonly scheduled a day or two after an ICONIC TONE session, where its drainage effect clears metabolic waste from the intense contractions and reduces soreness. It also works well before or after fat reduction to prepare the tissue and then support clearance. Which combination suits you is one of the main things we work out at consultation.
Is there clinical research behind these treatments?
Yes. The technology behind ICONIC TONE, combining high-intensity electromagnetic muscle training with radiofrequency delivered simultaneously, was examined in a randomized, sham-controlled clinical trial published in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in 2022, which reported an average fat reduction of 28.3% at three-month follow-up. We’re happy to point you to the research at your consultation if you’d like to read it yourself.
Do you have specialized programs beyond the main treatments?
Yes, considerably more than the main treatment names suggest. On the face, alongside anti-aging and skin toning we have a protocol for immediate radiance before an event, an advanced program combining anti-aging and toning in sequence, a cold-only protocol for the inflammation of hormonal acne, a program for the inflamed capillaries associated with rosacea, and precise fine-line work for the eye area covering frown lines, crow’s feet, and under-eye puffiness. On the body we have distinct programs for toning, post-weight-loss laxity, sagging tissue, and muscle definition, plus dedicated drainage and muscle recovery protocols. Your consultation determines which apply to you.
Between Your Sessions
What can I do between sessions to improve my results?
A surprising amount. Your in-spa sessions are the catalyst, but what happens in the days between them determines how much of that potential you realize. The habits that matter most are getting enough protein, staying properly hydrated, walking daily, sleeping well, keeping processed food and sugar down, and supporting your lymphatic system through movement and dry brushing. None of it is dramatic, and consistency matters far more than perfection.
Do you give clients a plan to follow at home?
Yes. We provide a Holistic Body Sculpting Protocol setting out the lifestyle principles that amplify your treatments, with the reasoning behind each one and practical steps for putting it into practice. Most clients tell us nobody has ever explained why these habits matter, only that they should follow them. It includes a daily checklist you can print and keep somewhere visible.
Do I have to change my diet permanently?
No, and we wouldn’t frame it that way. There are specific short windows around each session where what you eat genuinely affects the outcome, and your specialist will be clear about those. Beyond that, a stable weight and reasonably good habits are what protect your results long term, particularly for fat reduction, where remaining cells in a treated area can still expand with weight gain. What that looks like in practice is your call. Nothing we provide is medical or dietary advice, so speak with your physician before making significant changes, especially if you have an existing condition.
